Eligibility Criteria For VKNRL GNM Nursing
To be eligible for the VKNRL GNM Nursing course, candidates must meet these requirements:
- Nationality & Residency: Must be an Indian citizen. A Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC) is mandatory for admission into Government institutes.
- Age Limit: Minimum 17 years of age as of December 31, 2026.
- Educational Qualification: 10+2 passed with at least 40% aggregate marks and pass marks in English. (SC/ST candidates receive a 5% relaxation in qualifying marks).
- Special Reservation at VKNRL: 30% of seats are reserved for candidates within a 10 KM radius of NRL (Gyandeep Scheme), 30% for Golaghat District candidates, and 40% are open to all.

- Register for GNMEE: Visit the official SSUHS website at www.ssuhs.ac.in between April 10 and May 30, 2026, to complete the entrance exam registration.
- Appear for Exam: Attend the GNMEE 2026 on June 28 at your designated center.
