Chirang Judiciary Recruitment Eligibility Criteria
Before applying, candidates must ensure they meet the following educational and age requirements for Chirang Judiciary Recruitment 2026 –
- Educational Qualification: Applicants must have passed Class VIII from a recognized school.
- Special Restriction: Candidates who have passed HSSLC (Class 12) or above are strictly ineligible to apply for this post.
- Age Limit: * Minimum: 18 years
- Maximum: 40 years (as of 01-01-2026)
- Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates.
Salary Details
The selected candidates will be placed in the Pay Band (PB-1):
- Scale of Pay: Rs. 12,000 to Rs. 52,000
- Grade Pay: Rs. 3,900
Selection Process
The selection will be based on a two-stage process:
- Written Test (50 Marks): Subjects include English, General Awareness, Mathematical Ability, Aptitude, and Assamese.
- Viva-Voce (20 Marks): Only shortlisted candidates from the written test will be called for the interview.
