Shakti Sadan Recruitment 2025:- The Office of the District Commissioner, Sivasagar, has released an advertisement for the engagement of eligible candidates on a purely contractual basis for various posts at Shakti Sadan, Sivasagar. This initiative is under Mission Shakti, Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of India.

| Office Assistant | Graduate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in office documentation. Proficiency in computer skills and experience at state/district level with Govt./NGOs. |
| Multi-Purpose Staff | Literate with relevant domain knowledge/experience. High School pass or equivalent preferred. |
| Cook | Literate with knowledge/experience in cooking. High School pass or equivalent preferred. |
| Security Guard/ Night Guard | Minimum 2 years of experience as security personnel in a Govt./reputed organization. Preference for retired military/para-military personnel. |
Shakti Sadan Recruitment Registration & Selection Process
- Registration Time: 09:30 AM to 11:00 AM on 14th October 2025.
- Important Note: No candidate will be allowed to register or participate after 11:00 AM. Only registered candidates can appear in the further stages.
- Selection Process:
- For Resident Superintendent & Office Assistant: Computer Test followed by Viva-Voce.
- For Multi-Purpose Staff, Cook & Security Guard: Viva-Voce only.
Documents Required
Candidates must bring the following documents in original along with a set of self-attested photocopies and two recent passport-sized photographs:
- Duly filled application form (as prescribed in Assam Gazette Part-IX).
- Age Proof Certificate.
- Address Proof.
- Identity Proof.
- Educational Certificates (from Class X onwards).
- Caste Certificate (if applicable).
- Experience Certificate(s).
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the current employer (if applicable).
General Instructions & Eligibility
- Age Limit (as on 01-01-2025): Minimum 21 years and maximum 40 years.
- Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST Candidates: 5 years
- OBC Candidates: 3 years
- PwD Candidates: 10 years
- Residency: Candidates should preferably be permanent residents of Sivasagar District.
- Nature of Job: The engagement is purely contractual. There is no provision for regular employment later.
- TA/DA: No travel or daily allowance will be provided for attending the interview.
