General Medicine Specialist	MBBS degree followed by a recognized Post Graduate degree in General Medicine
Dermatologist	MBBS degree with a Post Graduate degree specializing in Dermatology
Radiologist	MBBS degree with a Post Graduate degree in Radio-diagnosis
Anesthesiologist	MBBS degree with a Post Graduate degree in Anesthesiology
Pharmacist	Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institution, registered under Pharmacy Act 1948
GNM	GNM Diploma or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized Indian Nursing Council institution, registered with Assam Nursing Council
ANM	ANM Training certificate from a recognized Assam Govt. institution, registered with Assam Nursing Council
Lab Technician	Diploma in Laboratory Technology from a recognized institute/university
ICU Technician	Diploma in ICU Technology from a recognized institute/university
Accountant	B.Com degree with Accountancy as a subject, prior experience preferred
Data Entry Operator	Diploma or certificate in a 6-month Computer Application Course
MRD	Diploma or certificate in a 6-month Computer Application Course
Sweeper	Minimum Class VII pass, experienced candidates preferred

Age Limit (as on 01.01.2025):
- Non-Doctor Posts: 18–48 years (SC/ST/OBC relaxation applicable).
- Doctor Posts: Up to 65 years (as on 31.12.2025).
