To be eligible for these Staff Nurse positions, candidates must carefully review the following criteria:
1. Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess any one of the following qualifications:
- BSc (Hons) in Nursing from a recognized University/Institute.
- Regular course in BSc Nursing from a recognized University/Institute.
- Post Basic BSc Nursing from a recognized University/Institute.
- GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) from a recognized Institute.
2. Mandatory Registration
- Must be registered as a Nurse or Nurse Mid-wife (RN or RM) with any State Nursing Council.
3. Experience Required
- A minimum of two and a half years of experience in a minimum 30-bedded hospital after acquiring the required educational qualification.
4. Age Limit (as of 01-01-2025)
- The candidate must be between 18 to 45 years of age.
- There is a relaxation of the upper age limit by 5 years for SC, ST(P), ST(H), and PH candidates as per Government of Assam rules.
