Forest Department Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria
1. Domicile Requirement
- Candidates must be permanent residents of Assam.
- Valid PRC (Permanent Residence Certificate) or Employment Exchange Registration Certificate must be uploaded.
- State Government employees must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer.

3. Educational Qualification
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree (Science/Engineering) with at least one of the following subjects:
- Agriculture, Botany, Chemistry, Computer Science, Engineering (various streams), Environmental Science, Forestry, Geology, Horticulture, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Veterinary Science, Zoology.
4. Age Limit (as of 01-01-2025)
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 38 years
- Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST(P)/ST(H): Up to 43 years
- OBC/MOBC: Up to 41 years
Age proof requires Matriculation/HSLC Admit Card (no other documents accepted).

(A) Written Examination (600 Marks)

(C) Medical Examination & Interview (75 Marks)
- Only physically fit candidates (as per medical board certification) will proceed to the interview.
