SSUHS MPT Counselling 2025 :- Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences (SSUHS) has officially released the notification regarding the Second Round of Counselling for Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) Admission for the academic session 2025-26. Eligible candidates who appeared in the entrance examination held on 27 July 2025 are invited to participate in the counselling for admission into Gauhati Medical College (GMC) and Jorhat Medical College (JMC).

Mandatory Documents for Counselling
Candidates must bring the following original documents along with one set of self-attested photocopies:
- Passport Size Photograph
- HSLC Admit Card (for Age Proof)
- HSSLC (or equivalent) Mark Sheet and Pass Certificate
- BPT Mark Sheet and Pass Certificate
- Caste Certificate (if applicable; NCL mandatory for OBC)
- Permanent Resident Certificate of Assam
- Entrance Examination Score Card
- Counselling Fee Payment Receipt of ₹1,000
SSUHS MPT Application & Fee Payment Process
- Pay the Counselling Fee: A non-refundable counselling fee of ₹1,000 must be paid online on or before the counselling date via the SSUHS website: www.ssuhs.in → Fee Collect → Student Category → Counselling Fee → MPT.
- Attend the Counselling: Be present at the SSUHS Conference Hall on 5 December 2025, at 11:00 AM with all your documents.
- Pay Admission Fee: If a seat is allotted, you must pay the admission fee of ₹33,000 online on the spot (5 December 2025) to confirm your admission.
Important Note: Seat allotment will be done strictly based on the candidate’s rank in the entrance examination and the availability of seats in respective categories.
