📝 Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification:
   • Passed 10+2 (Science Stream) with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English (Minimum 50% marks for General, 40% for SC/ST/OBC).
   • Candidates appearing for 2025 board exams can also apply.
2. Age Limit: 17years as of 31 December 2025 
3. Domicile: Must be a permanent resident of Assam (Non-domicile candidates may apply but seats are prioritized for Assam residents).

Exam Pattern

The Assam BSc Nursing Entrance Exam 2025 will consist of the following pattern:

• Date of exam: 22 June 2025
• Duration: 2 hours
• Type of questions: Multiple Choice Questions
• No of MCQs: 100 MCQs
• Total marks: 100 Marks (1 mark for each correct answer)
• Medium : Both Assamese and English
• Negative marking: There will be no negative marking for wrong answers.

B.Sc. Nursing Entrance Examination 2025 – Merit & Tie-Breaker Rules

🏆 Merit List Preparation

• Based on total marks (Physics + Chemistry + Biology + English) in the entrance exam.
• Maximum Marks: 100 (25 per subject).

⚖️ Tie-Breaker Rules

If candidates secure identical total marks, merit will be determined in this order:

1. Biology marks (Entrance Exam)
2. Chemistry marks (Entrance Exam)
3. Physics marks (Entrance Exam)
4. English marks (Entrance Exam)

If the tie persists, HS (10+2) marks will be considered during counselling:

• Biology → Chemistry → Physics → English.
