Sericulture Assam Admission 2025 Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
- For Assam: Candidates must have passed Higher Secondary (Science) with Biology as a subject, securing at least 50% marks.
- For other Northeast States: HS (Science) pass, nominated by respective State Directorates of Sericulture.
- Age Limit: 18–25 years as of January 1, 2025. Age relaxation for reserved categories as per government norms (vide Govt. order eCF No. 63253/39, dated 02-07-2025).
- Physical Fitness: Candidates must be physically fit to undertake practical training.
Sericulture Assam Admission 2025 Admission Process
The admission process for the 2025-26 session is structured as follows:
- Application Submission: Obtain the application form (Annexure-B) from the Principal, STI Titabor, or download it from www.sericulture.assam.gov.in. Submit completed forms with required documents by the first week of July 2025 (unless otherwise notified) to:

- Scrutiny: Applications are reviewed by the Scrutiny Committee constituted by the Principal.

- Counselling: Shortlisted candidates attend counselling for seat allocation based on merit and preference.
