Iocl BSc Nursing 2025 Merit List :_-Indian Oil Corporation Limited (Assam Oil Division) has published the provisional list of shortlisted candidates for document verification for the BSc Nursing course at Assam Oil College of Nursing, Digboi for the 2025-26 session.
The document verification process is scheduled for September 8, 2025 (Monday) at 9:00 AM at the Learning and Development Department (near museum), Digboi Refinery.

Important Instructions for Shortlisted Candidates
- Reporting Time & Venue: Report on September 8, 2025 (Monday) at 9:00 AM at the Learning and Development Department (near museum), Digboi Refinery.
- Mandatory Documents: Bring the following original documents along with self-attested copies:
- 10th Pass/Matriculation certificate for date of proof.
- SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/EWS Certificate (if applicable) in prescribed format.
- Disability Certificate (if applicable) in prescribed format.
- Class X & XII marksheets and certificates.
- Conversion certificate from CGPA/OGPA to percentage, if applicable.
- Income Certificate (FY 2024-25) issued on or after April 1, 2025.
- PRC/Voter ID for Digboi Legislative Constituency reservation claimants.
- CEE Scorecard 2025.
- A copy of the application form submitted on the AOCN Portal.
- Any other specified certificate.
- No Original Documents = No Entry: Candidates without original documents will not be allowed for verification.
- Verification of Facts: Candidature will be cancelled immediately if any information is found to be incorrect, doctored, false, or if material facts are suppressed at any stage.
- Medical Examination: Candidates who clear document verification will proceed to the Pre-Engagement Medical Examination (PEME) at the Occupational Health Centre (OHC), AOD Hospital, Digboi on September 10, 2025, at 9:00 AM.
- Final Admission Offer: Only candidates found medically fit in the PEME will receive an engagement letter for admission.
- Travel & Stay: Candidates must make their own arrangements for travel and stay for both Document Verification and PEME.
- Provisional Selection: Appearance in Document Verification or PEME does not guarantee final admission. The entire process is subject to fulfilling all eligibility criteria.
- Canvassing: Any form of canvassing will lead to disqualification.
