Dibrugarh University invites online applications for the Dibrugarh University Post Graduate Entrance Test (DUPGET) 2025 for admission to various Post Graduate Programmes for the academic session 2025-2026. The test, scheduled for July 7-8, 2025, is mandatory for admission to M.A., M.Sc., M.Com., MCA, M.Ed., and other programs offered by Dibrugarh University and its affiliated/autonomous colleges

Test Structure:
- 100 MCQs (1 mark each) for all subjects except Mathematics; 2-hour duration; 0.25 negative marking per wrong answer.
- Mathematics: 75 MCQs (2 marks each), 150 marks total; 0.5 negative marking per wrong answer.
- OMR-based evaluation; DUPGET score valid for 2025-2026 session only.
Application Process
Applications are accepted online only through the DUPGET 2025 Portal at www.dibru.ac.in. Follow these steps:
- Register on the portal with name, mobile number, and password (verified via OTP).
- Log in and click “Apply” for DUPGET 2025 to fill out the application form.
- Review the form, edit if needed, and submit after paying the Rs. 1000/- fee via Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking.
- Download the application form and admit card; bring a printed admit card to the exam.

Non-Statutory Reservation Quota: Candidates applying under categories like Sons/Daughters of DU Employees, Sports, Differently Abled, EWS, etc., must submit a printed application form, testimonials, and a prescribed form by June 20, 2025, at the Office of Deputy Registrar (Academic) or concerned Department/Centre.
Admission Procedure
Selection is based solely on DUPGET 2025 merit. 80% seats are reserved for Dibrugarh University graduates, and 20% for other recognized universities. Admissions are provisional, subject to verification of qualifying exam results. Statutory and non-statutory reservation policies apply as per government rules. Admission schedules will be announced on www.dibru.ac.in.
