Admission Notice

Four-Year B Pharm Programme (Academic Session: 2025-26)

In accordance with the Admission Notice No. DU/DR-A/Admission-B.Pharm/2025/427 dated June 9, 2025, the following candidates have been provisionally shortlisted for the first phase of counselling on Monday, August 4, 2025, starting at 10:00 AM. This counselling session will finalize the merit list for admission to the four-year B Pharm programme for the 2025-2026 academic session.

Documents Required for Counselling

Candidates must bring the following documents to the counselling session:

  1. A print copy of the Online Application submitted, along with photocopies of all relevant testimonials.
  2. SSUHS-CEE 2025 Score Card.
  3. Two recent passport-size photographs of the candidate.
  4. Original certificates, marksheets, and other relevant documents from Class 10 onwards.
  5. Appropriate certificate issued by competent government authorities for candidates seeking admission against reserved seats (S.C/S.T).
  6. Valid non-creamy layer certificate for candidates applying under the OBC/MOBC category.
  7. Completion certificate of hospital training issued by the competent authority for candidates seeking admission against lateral entry in B Pharm 3rd semester.
  8. EWS Certificate (if applicable).
  9. PWD Certificate (if applicable).
  10. Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) of Assam.
  11. Gap Certificate (if applicable).
  12. Admission Fee, Course Fee, etc., as per the Fee Structure for the session 2025-2026, notified by the Registrar, D.U. vide no. DU/RG/G.01.01/2025/7699, dated June 13, 2025.

Fee Structure

Admission fees must be paid online (via Debit Card, Credit Card, or Internet Banking) on the day of counselling. The approximate fee structure is as follows:

  • State Category: ₹6,188/- per year
  • Endowment Category: ₹48,788/- per year
  • Hostel Admission Fee (if allotted): ₹2,900/- per year

Additional Requirements

  • Anti-Ragging Undertaking: Admitted students must submit an online Anti-Ragging Undertaking at www.antiragging.in, as per UGC guidelines (Ref: Letter No. 1-15/2009 (ARC) PT.III, dated June 12, 2023).
  • Hostel Admission: Candidates selected for hostel seats must complete hostel admission on the specified date.
  • Statutory Reservation Policy: The university follows the statutory reservation policy as per its rules.
