Assam BAMS Admission 2025 Documents Required
Candidates must bring the following documents in original along with self-attested photocopies at the time of counseling:
- Filled Application Form of Schedule-1
- Relevant Annexure Certificates
- Mark sheets of 10+2 (Science)
- Admit Card and Pass Certificate of HSLC or equivalent examination
- Admit Card and Scorecard of NEET (UG) 2025
- Caste/Category Certificates (if applicable)
- Non-Creamy Layer Certificate for OBC/MOBC category
- EWS Certificate (if applicable)
- PRC (Permanent Resident Certificate)
- Two sets of photocopies of all documents, duly signed by the candidate
Counseling Fee
Candidates are required to deposit Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) as a counseling fee through Treasury Challan under the Head of Account:
“0210-03-102-0000-000-00-EE-V-GA”
The original/duplicate/triplicate copy of the deposit challan must be submitted at the time of counseling.
Selection Process
- Selection will be made based on the merit position of NEET-UG 2025.
- Candidates must appear personally; failure to attend will lead to forfeiture of merit position.
- The decision of the Selection Board will be final and binding in all matters.
