Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be eligible for the entrance test:

1. BSc Nursing

• Nationality: Must be a citizen of India.
• Residency: Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC) is mandatory for Government Institutes.
• Gender: Only female candidates are eligible for Government Institutes in Assam.
• Age: Minimum 17 years and maximum 35 years as of December 31, 2026.
• Education: Must have passed 10+2 (Science) with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB), and English.
• Minimum Marks: At least 45% aggregate in PCB. Candidates must pass theory and practicals individually.

2. Pharmacy (D Pharm/B Pharm)

• Nationality: Must be a citizen of India.
• Age: Minimum 17 years as of December 31, 2026.
• Education: 10+2 (Science) with Physics, Chemistry, and either Biology or Mathematics.
• Note: Open school candidates (NIOS) are not eligible for the B.Pharm course.

3. Allied & Healthcare (BSc Medical Technology)

• Education: 10+2 (Science) with PCB and English.
• Minimum Marks: 45% for General and 40% for SC/ST/OBC/MOBC (NCL) in PCB aggregate.
• Courses Included: BMLT, B.Physiotherapy (BPT), B.Optometry, and others.

Exam Pattern and Syllabus

The exam features one paper with 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs), each carrying 1 mark. No negative marking is mentioned, so attempt confidently!
