Assam NEET UG Counselling 2025- 2nd Round Date, Link: Government of Assam, Office of the Director of Medical Education, Assam has announced the schedule for the 2nd Round Online Counselling for admission into 1st Year MBBS/BDS courses in Government Medical and Dental Colleges of Assam for the 2025 session
Important Information
The counselling will be conducted for State quota seats that remain vacant after the first round. Eligible candidates who have qualified in NEET-UG-2025 and meet the eligibility criteria as per “The Medical Colleges and Dental Colleges of Assam (Regulation of Admission into 1st Year MBBS/BDS courses) Rules 2017 (Amended up to 2025)” may participate.

Key Points
- Candidates who did not register in the first round must register online through the official portal
- Candidates who already registered in Round 1 need not register again and can participate directly in choice filling
- The online portal will be available at the official website: www.dme.assam.gov.in
- Choices will be automatically locked if not locked by the candidate by the specified deadline
- Provisionally selected candidates must report to their allotted institutions between September 9-10, 2025
