Eligible candidates who appeared in the entrance exam on 8 June 2025 can now fill their institute preferences. Below are the critical details:

1. Login & Form Fill-Up
   • Visit www.ssuhs.in (5–9 August 2025).
   • Enter exam details and personal information.
2. Choice Filling & Locking
   • Select preferred D.Pharm/B.Pharm colleges in order of priority.
   • Important: Choices cannot be modified after final submission.
3. Fee Payment
   • Pay the counselling fee online via the portal’s payment gateway.
   • Applications without fee payment will be rejected.
4. Result & Admission
   • First selection list: 19 August 2025.
   • Report to the allotted college on 28–29 August 2025 with original documents.

SSUHS Pharmacy Counselling 2025: 21 Key Instructions for Choice Filling

Login & Access

1. Login Credentials: Use Application No./Username, Password, and DOB (DD/MM/YYYY) to access the choice-filling form.
2. Session Timeout: Inactive sessions expire in 10 minutes. Save progress frequently.

Filling Preferences

3. Mandatory Choices: Fill at least 1 preference before locking. Empty forms = non-participation.
4. Order Matters: Start with Preference No. 1 and proceed sequentially.
5. Dropdown Selection:
   • Click the arrow → Choose institute → Code auto-populates.
6. Insert New Choices:
   • Use “Insert in Between” to add a preference between existing ones (e.g., between Pref 1 & 2).
7. Delete Choices: Select “DEL” from the dropdown to remove a preference.

Saving & Locking

8. Save Frequently: Click “Save Preferences” regularly to avoid data loss.
9. Final Lock:
   • Click “Save Preferences” → “Final Submit” → “Lock Preferences”.
   • ⚠️ Once locked, NO changes allowed.
10. Print Confirmation: Take a printout of submitted preferences.

Important Rules

11. Auto-Lock: Unsaved preferences will lock automatically at the deadline (9 Aug 2025).
12. Unlimited Choices: No restriction on the number of preferences.
13. Payment Mandatory: Pay counselling fees before choice filling. Unpaid forms = invalid.
14. No Offline Submission: Do NOT send preference copies to SSUHS.
