OR Pass in Two-Year Diploma in Pharmacy from an institute in Assam recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI). |

Important Notes
Candidates applying under State Sponsored Category (Assam) and Endowment Category (including EWS and wards of DU Employees/Retired Employees) must clear the Assam Pharmacy Entrance Examination-2025 conducted by Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences and submit a valid score card with the online application.
- SC/ST Candidates: Must submit a caste certificate issued by competent government authorities.
- OBC/MOBC Candidates: Must provide a valid non-creamy layer certificate.
- Lateral Entry Candidates: Must submit a hospital training completion certificate.
- Wards of Assam Rifles Personnel: Submit a bonafide certificate via email to hod_pharmsc@dibru.ac.in. Unfilled seats will be opened to the General Category.
- Incomplete or late applications will not be accepted.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for counseling at the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Dibrugarh University. No TA/DA will be provided.

Application Procedure
Applications must be submitted online only through the Dibrugarh University Admission Portal or ERP Portal. No other means of application will be accepted.
- Registration: Register on the portal with your name, mobile number, and a password. Verify your mobile number using the OTP sent.
- Login: Use your mobile number and password to log in.
- Apply: Click the “Apply” button for the B. Pharm. Programme and fill out the application form step by step.
- Review and Submit: Check the preview of the form, edit if necessary, and click “Pay now & Submit” to pay the application fee of ₹950/- via online mode.
- Payment Confirmation: The application is considered submitted only after successful payment and generation of an online receipt.
- Download Form: Save the application form for future reference.
- Deadline: Online registration begins on 13.06.2025 and ends on 18.07.2025 (11:55 p.m.).
- Additional Submission for DU Employees’ Wards: Submit a printout of the online application, self-attested testimonials, and a filled prescribed form to the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences by 14.07.2025.
